1. Definitions
- Hotel: The property providing accommodation and related services.
- Guest / Customer: The individual(s) or group entering into an accommodation agreement with the Hotel.
- Accommodation Agreement: The contract formed when the Guest’s reservation is accepted by the Hotel.
2. Application & Amendments
- These Terms & Conditions apply to all reservations and services provided by the Hotel.
- Any amendments must be agreed upon in writing and signed by both parties.
- The latest terms are always available on our official website.
3. Booking & Acceptance
- A reservation becomes a confirmed Accommodation Agreement when accepted by the Hotel.
- The Hotel may decline or cancel any reservation at its sole discretion (for example, for policy violations or full occupancy).
- Guests must provide accurate identification, contact details, and arrival/departure dates when booking and at check-in.
4. Check-in / Check-out
- Check-in: from 2:00 PM onwards.
- Check-out: by 12:00 PM (noon) on the final day.
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability; additional charges may apply.
5. Deposits & Prepayments
- A deposit (or pre-authorization) may be required to confirm reservations.
- If the Guest fails to pay on time, the reservation may be canceled.
- Group bookings or long stays may require higher deposits or advance payments.
6. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- Cancellations made within the specified notice period before arrival may incur charges (for example, first-night charge).
- No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount.
- Group bookings may have separate cancellation terms.
7. Rates & Payment
- Room rates are quoted in the local currency unless otherwise specified.
- Full payment is required at check-in via cash, credit card, or approved payment methods.
- Guests are responsible for all applicable taxes, fees, and incidentals.
8. Guest Conduct & House Rules
- Guests must comply with all published House Rules and hotel policies.
- The Hotel reserves the right to refuse service or evict anyone who violates policies, laws, or disrupts other guests.
- Damages to hotel property caused by the Guest will be charged to the Guest.
9. Liability & Insurance
- The Hotel is liable for fulfillment of the accommodation agreement, except in cases of force majeure or issues beyond its control.
- The Hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to valuables unless declared and stored in secure custody.
- Guests are encouraged to obtain travel insurance to cover unexpected events.
10. Amendments to Terms
- The Hotel may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time; changes will be published on the website.
- Reservations made before changes will be governed by the terms valid at the time of booking.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the country/region where the Hotel is located.
- Any disputes arising shall be resolved in the courts of the Hotel’s jurisdiction.
